CHAP. 213.— An Act For the relief of Augustus Dudley Hubbell.March 4, 1915.[[H. R. 13756](/us/bill/63/hr/13756).][[Private, No. 257](/us/pvtl/63/257).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Augustus DudleHubbell.Military record corrected.That in the administration of the pension laws Augustus Dudley Hubbell shall be hereafter held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private in Company C, Third Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, on April fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.*Provided*, That no back pension, back pay, or back allowances shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act.
