CHAP. 210.— An Act For the relief of William Ham.March 4, 1915.[[H. R. 11839](/us/bill/63/hr/11839).][[Private, No. 254](/us/pvtl/63/254).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration William Ham.Military record corrected.of the laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Ham, who was a private in Company F, Eleventh Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, shall hereafter no held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of said company and regiment on the fourteenth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Provided*, That no back pension, back pay, back allowances, *Proviso*.No back pay. etc.or other emoluments shall accrue by reason of the passage of this Act.
