CHAP. 209.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Treasury to disregard section thirty-three of the public buildings Act of March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, as to site at Owego, New York. R. 15320](/us/bill/63/hr/15320).][[Public, No. 150](/us/pl/63/150).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Owego, N. Y.Public building site requirement, modified.Vol. 37, p. 890.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to disregard that portion of section thirty-three of the public buildings Act approved March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, which requires that the Federal building site selected at Owego, New York, shall be bounded on at least two sides by streets.
