CHAP. 205.— An Act For the relief of James Easson. March 4, 1915.[[H. R. 900](/us/bill/63/hr/900).][[Private, No. 249](/us/pvtl/63/249).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames Easson.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to James Easson, of Racine, Racine County, Wisconsin, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $300, being the sum unlawfully collected from him by the board of enrollment, namely, $300, to furnish a substitute when drafted for service in the Army, he not being a citizen of the United States at the time.
