CHAP. 203.— An Act For the relief of Lottie Rapp. March 4, 1915.[[H. R. 3430](/us/bill/63/hr/3430).][[Private, No. 247](/us/pvtl/63/247).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theLottie Rapp.Payment to, death of husband. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $720 to Lottie Rapp, because of the death of her husband, August R.
Rapp, on the first day of October, anno Domini nineteen hundred and ten, caused by injuries received by him on September thirtieth, nineteen hundred and ten, while employed by the United States Government at Battle Mountain Sanitarium, South Dakota, while operating an electric bread mixer, in which he was caught and crushed: *Provided*, That no agent, attorney, firm of attorneys, or any*Proviso.*No attorney’s fee allowed. persons engaged heretofore or hereafter in preparing, presenting, or prosecuting this claim shall directly or indirectly receive or retain or such service in preparing, presenting, or prosecuting such claim, or for any act whatsoever in connection with this claim, any fee or compensation whatsoever.
