CHAP. 2.— An Act To authorize the sale and issuance of patent for certain land to H. W. O’Melveny. December 15, 1913.[[S. 488](/us/bill/63/s/488).][[Private, No. 2](/us/pvtl/63/2).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the H. W. O’Melveny.Tract of land in Los Angeles County, Cal., patented to.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue patent to II. W. O’Melveny for the following real property situated in the county of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
The east half of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, Description.and the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, and the north half of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, and the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, and the west half of the west half of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, all in section seven, township one north, range nine west, San Bernardino base and meridian; also the west half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, and the west half of the west half of the east half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, all in section six, township one north, range nine west, San Bernardino base and meridian; on the payment of the sum of $2.50 per acre.Payment required.
