CHAP. 194.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors. Edmonds.The name of Wiley L. Edmonds, late of Company L, Third Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. Pensions increased.Clarissa J. Freeman, widow of William Freeman, late of Captain Williams’s company, First Regiment Tennessee Mounted Volunteers, Cherokee Indian War, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Fisher, late of Company C, Thirty-first Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month, and 1327$2 per month additional for each minor child until it reaches the age of sixteen years.
