CHAP. 193.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. July 21, 1914.[[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.Benjamin F.
Fronfield.The name of Benjamin F. Fronfield, late of Company D, One hundred and ninety-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $30 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. David Hannan.The name of David Hannan, late of Company I, First Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of $24 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
