J. Semmes.Payment to executrix of.Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Myra E. Semmes, executrix of T.
J. Semmes, late of New Orleans, deceased, $395.55 in full payment for rents collected by the United States during the Civil War from property owned by the said T. J. Semmes and situate at New Orleans, Louisiana. Approved, July 18, 1914.
