R. 12778](/us/bill/63/hr/12778).][[Private, No. 73](/us/pvtl/63/73).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, W. D. Stoyer.Repayment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to W. D. Stoyer, administrator of the estate of Henry S. Stoyer, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $500, repaying the amount of the bond surrendered by the surety for the appearance of Henry S.
