CHAP. 168.— An Act For the relief of Marcus L. Pelham. July 17, 1914.[[H. R. 5746](/us/bill/63/hr/5746).][[Private, No. 65](/us/pvtl/63/65).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Marcus L. Pelham.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Marcus L. Pelham shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a lieutenant in Company G, Eighth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, on the twenty-ninth day of December,*Proviso.*No prior pension. eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
