CHAP. 168.— An Act To provide for the payment of certain moneys to school districts in Oklahoma. March 4, 1915.[[H. R. 16738](/us/bill/63/hr/16738).][[Public, No. 317](/us/pl/63/317).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Oklahoma.School districts to be paid receipts of town-site sales.Vol. 26, p. 91. That all moneys heretofore paid for lands sold by the Government for town-site purposes at the price of $10 per acre under section twenty-two of the Act entitled “An Act to provide a temporary government for the Territory of Oklahoma, to enlarge the jurisdiction of the United States court in the Indian Territory, and for other purposes, ” approved May second,Vol. 32, p. 63. eighteen hundred and ninety, and under the Act entitled “An Act providing for the commutation for town-site purposes of homestead entries in certain portions of Oklahoma, ” approved March eleventh, nineteen hundred and two, which have not already been paid to the proper municipal authorities, shall be paid to the proper authorities of the several school districts in which the lands for which such moneys were paid are located; and the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of the Treasury are hereby authorized and directed to cause such payments to be made out of the funds arising from such sales.
