That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue patent to James Gunning for lot two, section thirty-two, township twenty-nine north, *Proviso.*Condition.range thirty-nine east, Montana: *Provided*, That no adverse right had accrued to said tract prior to February first, nineteen hundred and fourteen.
