CHAP. 158.— An Act For the relief of Judd McKelvey. July 17, 1914.[[S. 2903](/us/bill/63/s/2903).][[Private, No. 55](/us/pvtl/63/55).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Judd McKelvey.Land patent to.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a patent to Judd McKelvey for lots five, six, seven, and eight, and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter, and the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section eighteen, in township four south, range forty-four east, Montana meridian, as shown by the plat of survey of said township approved December sixteenth, nineteen hundred and eight, after the said McKelvey has, by deed properly executed and recorded, reconveyed to the United States lot four and the northwest quarter of the Land relinquished.northeast quarter, the east half of the northwest quarter, the east half of the southwest quarter, and the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of said section, as shown by the plat of the survey of said township approved July twenty-fifth, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven.
