J. Public building street exposure modified.
Vol. 37, p. 890. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, in his discretion, to disregard that portion of section thirty-three of the public buildings Act, approved March fourth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, which requires that the Federal building site selected at Vineland, New Jersey, shall be bounded on at least two sides by streets.
