CHAP. 155.— An Act For the retirement of H. R. Drake.July 17, 1914.[[H. R. 14925](/us/bill/63/hr/14925).][[Public, No. 141](/us/pl/63/141).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Army. H. R. Drake may be promoted master signal electrician, and retired.That the President of the United States is hereby authorized to promote H. R. Drake, formerly a sergeant in Troop A, Fifth Regiment United States Cavalry, to master signal electrician, and to place him on the retired list of the Army with full pay and allowance of said rank.
