CHAP. 140.— An Act For the relief of Ernest O. Stahl. July 14, 1914.[[S. 3488](/us/bill/63/s/3488).][[Private, No. 53](/us/pvtl/63/53).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration of Ernest C. Stahl.Military record corrected.the laws relating to pensions and to the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Ernest C. Staid shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a lieutenant serving in the Colored Infantry of the United States at Alexandria, Virginia, on the twelfth day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-six: *Provided*, *Proviso.*No back pay, etc.That no back pay, bounty, or pension shall become due or available by virtue of the passage of this Act.
