CHAP. 137.— An Act For the relief of David Mowen. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 15414](/us/bill/63/hr/15414).][[Private, No. 235](/us/pvtl/63/235).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationDavid Mowen.Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers David Mowen, who was a private in Company C, One hundred and second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered into the military service of the United States as a private of said company and regiment on the eighteenth day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
