CHAP. 137.— An Act For the relief of Pete Jelovac. July 7, 1914.[[H. R. 13153](/us/bill/63/hr/13153).][[Private, No. 51](/us/pvtl/63/51).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pete Jelovac.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Pete Jelovac the sum of $1,460, for injuries received while employed in the Gunnison Tunnel at River Portal, Colorado, July seventeenth, nineteen hundred and six, while employed by the Reclamation Service of *Proviso*.Free from attachment, etc.the United States: *Provided*, That no sum of money due or to become due to the said Pete Jelovac under this Act shall be liable to attachment, levy, or seizure by or under any legal or equitable process whatever, but shall inure wholly to the benefit of the said Pete Jelovac.
