CHAP. 136.— An Act To repeal section thirty-four hundred and eighty of the Revised Statutes of the United States. July 6, 1914.[[S. 751](/us/bill/63/hr/751).][[Public, No. 125](/us/pl/63/125).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Army.Loyalty restriction repealed as to claims for service in, prior to April 13, 1861.[R. S., sec. 3480, p. 689](/us/rs/s3480/p689), amended. That section thirty-four hundred and eighty of the Revised Statutes of the United States be, and the same is hereby, repealed so far as it affects payments for services in the Army of the United States prior to April thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one.
