CHAP. 132.— An Act For the relief of the legal representatives of James S. Clark, deceased. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 13240](/us/bill/63/hr/13240).][[Private, No. 230](/us/pvtl/63/230).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James S. Clark.Payment to legal representatives of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal representatives of James S.
Clark, of Fayette County, Kentucky, the sum of $250, in full compensation for personal property taken and used and use and occupation of real estate, all belonging to said James S. Clark, by the Army of the United States during the War with Spain in the months of August, September, October, November, and December, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, in and about the establishment and maintenance of a military camp at Camp Hamilton, in said county and State. Approved, March 3, 1915.
