CHAP. 131.— An Act For the relief of Charles H. Rayfield, alias Charles H. Czarnowsky. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 13123](/us/bill/63/hr/13123).][[Private, No. 229](/us/pvtl/63/229).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration ofCharles H. Rayfield, alias Charles H. Czarnowsky. the pension laws, Charles H. Rayfield, alias Charles H. Czarnowsky, 1548Military record corrected.shall hereafter be held and considered to have been in the military service of the United States as drummer of Company B, Fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, from the twelfth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to the twentieth day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to have been discharged *Proviso.*No pay, etc.honorably as such on the latter date: *Provided*, *however*, That this Act shall not confer upon him any right to pay, annuities, pensions, or other emoluments which might otherwise accrue to him from such service.
