O. Modisette.Payment to, from Chickasaw funds. Indian Affairs is hereby authorized to investigate the claim of J.
O. Modisette, of Jennings, Louisiana, amounting to $270, alleged to be due as tuition for instructing certain Chickasaw pupils, and, in his discretion, to pay such claim wholly or in part from funds on deposit in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the Chickasaw Nation. Approved, March 3, 1915.
