CHAP. 126.— An Act For the relief of Edward Whiteside March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 10271](/us/bill/63/hr/10271).][[Private, No. 224](/us/pvtl/63/224).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Edward Whiteside.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Edward Whiteside, who was a musician in Company C, Fifth New York Infantry Volunteers, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a musician of said company and regiment on or about the fourteenth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-three:*Proviso.*No back pay, etc. *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, pension, or allowance shall be allowed by reason of this Act.
