CHAP. 123.— An Act For the relief of Hannah Waldo. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 10167](/us/bill/63/hr/10167).][[Private, No. 221](/us/pvtl/63/221).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hannah Waldo.Payment to, death of husband. That the sum of $1,500 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to Hannah Waldo, widow of Charles Waldo, inspector in the Immigration Service of the United States, who lost his life in North River, September ninth, nineteen hundred and thirteen, by drowning, having fallen in said river because of the giving way of a defective fan rail without negligence or fault of said Charles Waldo.
