CHAP. 122.— An Act For the relief of F. W. Theodore Schroeter. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 9701](/us/bill/63/hr/9701).][[Private, No. 220](/us/pvtl/63/220).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theF. W. Theodore Schroeter.Payment to, for injuries. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to 1546F. W. Theodore Schroeter, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,397.66, to compensate him for injuries received while in the employ of the Government of the United States on the Panama Canal September twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and seven: *Provided*, That in case of the death of the Proviso.Legal representatives.claimant, payment of such claim shall be made to the legal representatives.
