CHAP. 116.— An Act For the relief of Fred A. Emerson. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 4630](/us/bill/63/hr/4630).][[Private, No. 214](/us/pvtl/63/214).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fred A. Emerson.Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Fred A. Emerson, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,500, as compensation for the loss of his left foot through no negligence on his part while being employed in the Watertown Arsenal, at Watertown, Massachusetts, in December, nineteen hundred. Approved, March 3, 1915.
