Crowell.Reimbursement to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money 1294in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $36, to reimburse Charles C. Crowell, late sergeant, Company B, Thirty-fifth Regiment United States Infantry, for two months’ extra pay in lieu of traveling expenses. Approved, June 18, 1914.
