CHAP. 115.— An Act For the relief of Daniel J. Ryan. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 4001](/us/bill/63/hr/4001).][[Private, No. 213](/us/pvtl/63/213).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Daniel J. Ryan.Relieved from penalty, etc., under contract. That Daniel J. Ryan be, and he hereby is, relieved from any penalty, forfeiture, or claim for liquidated damages under his certain contract with the United States of America, dated on or about the thirteenth day of July, nineteen hundred and eight, for the erection and completion of ordnance barracks at the Sandy Hook Proving Grounds, New Jersey.
Sec. 2. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to the said Daniel J. Ryan the sum of $770, in full for the amount due him under said contract for liquidated damages or otherwise. Approved, March 3, 1915.
