CHAP. 115.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River near Kansas City.June 17, 1914.[[H. R. 14189](/us/bill/63/hr/14189).][[Public, No. 115](/us/pl/63/115).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Missouri River. Missouri Valley Bridge and Iron Company may bridge, near Kansas City, Mo.That the Missouri Valley Bridge and Iron Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kansas, its successors and assigns, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a highway, trolley, and railroad bridge, and approaches thereto, across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between the Construction.Chicago, Milwaukee and Saint Paul Railway bridge and the mouth of Vol. 34, p. 84.*Post*, p. 1186.the Big Blue River, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 17, 1914.
