CHAP. 114.— An Act For the relief of Peter Scott. March 3, 1915.[[H. R. 3885](/us/bill/63/hr/3885).][[Private, No. 212](/us/pvtl/63/212).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration ofPeter Scott.Military record corrected. laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Peter Scott, who was a private of Company K, Fifty-sixth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of said company and regiment on the tenth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pension, emoluments, or allowances of any description*Proviso.*No prior pension, etc. shall accrue by reason of this Act prior to the date of approval thereof.
