CHAP. 112.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.Agnes Hallsworth.The name of Agnes Hallsworth, widow of James Hallsworth, late of Company H, Seventeenth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and Company G, One hundred and ninety-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
Jennie C. Marks.The name of Jennie C. Marks, widow of Eugene P.
