CHAP. 79.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a dam across Rock River, Illinois.April 15, 1912.[[H. R. 20190](/us/bill/62/hr/20190).][[Public, No. 121](/us/pl/62/121).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rock River.Time for damming; Byron, Ill., extended.Vol. 36, p. 922. That the time for the commencement and completion of the construction of a dam across Rock River, Illinois, authorized, by the Act entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across Rock River, near Byron, Illinois,” approved February eighteenth, nineteen hundred and eleven, be extended for one and three years, respectively, from the date of the passage of this Act.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, April 15, 1912.
