CHAP. 78.— An Act For the relief of David Crowther.February 25, 1913.[[H. R. 26648](/us/bill/62/hr/26648).][[Private, No. 148](/us/pvtl/62/148).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David Crowther.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws David Crowther shall hereafter be held and considered to have been absent with proper authority and in the line of duty as a soldier while serving as a member of Company I, Sixth *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry: *Provided*, That no pension, bounty, or allowances shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
