CHAP. 77.— An Act For the relief of William Kaiser.February 25, 1913.[[H. R. 16127](/us/bill/62/hr/16127).][[Private, No. 147](/us/pvtl/62/147).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Kaiser.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out 1378 of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to William Kaiser the sum of five hundred and sixty-five dollars and four cents, the amount lost by him while postmaster at Faribault, Minnesota, through the failure of the First National Bank of that city.
