CHAP. 76.— An Act For the relief of Isaac Thompson.February 25, 1913.[[H. R. 3957](/us/bill/62/hr/3957).][[Private, No. 146](/us/pvtl/62/146).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac Thompson.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Isaac Thompson, now a resident of Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private in Company F, First Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, on the twenty-sixth day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-five; *Provided*, That no pension*Proviso*.No prior pension. shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
