CHAP. 75.— An Act For the relief of William Hommelsberg.February 25, 1913.[[H. R. 2839](/us/bill/62/hr/2839).][[Private, No. 145](/us/pvtl/62/145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Hommelsberg.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws William Hommelsberg shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company B, First Regiment United States Cavalry, on the thirtieth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-five; *Provided*, That no pension, bounty, or*Proviso*.No price pension, etc. allowances shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
