CHAP. 64.— An Act For the relief of Sylvester G. Parker.February 20, 1913.[[S. 5262](/us/bill/62/s/5262).][[Private, No. 139](/us/pvtl/62/139).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sylvester G. Parker.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged volunteer officers, Sylvester G. Parker, who was a captain of Company H, Sixty-third Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as of said organization on the fourth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Proviso*.No pension, etc.*Provided*, That no pension, bounty, or arrears of pay shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of this Act.
