Barnes.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon persons who have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States Sylvester W.
Barnes, late first lieutenant Company H, Thirtieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the said company and regiment on the thirteenth day of September, eighteen *Proviso*.No pension, etc.hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That nothing in this Act shall be made the basis of a claim for pension or other pecuniary claim against the United States.
