That the Northern Pacific. Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Wisconsin, and having authority to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the waterway connecting Puget Sound with Lakes Union and Washington at Seattle, in the State of Washington, at a point at or near the head of Salmon Bay, is hereby authorized to cross and occupy with said structure the right of way owned by the United States adjacent to and along said waterway, under such terms and conditions as the Secretary of War may deem equitable and fair to the public, in accordance with the provisions ofVol. 34, p. 84. the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 22, 1912.
