CHAP. 61.— An Act For the relief of Francis Grinstead, alias Francis M. Grinstead.February 20, 1913.[[S. 186](/us/bill/62/s/186).][[Private, No. 136](/us/pvtl/62/136).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis Grinstead, alias Francis M. Grinstead. That in the administration of the pension laws Francis Grinstead, alias Francis M. Grinstead, who was a private in Company G, Third Regiment Kentucky Cavalry, 1374 Military record corrected.shall hereafter he held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on August thirty-first, eighteen *Proviso*.No prior pension.hundred and sixty-two: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
