CHAP. 59.— An Act To authorize the Minnesota and International Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near Bemidji, in the State of Minnesota.March 12, 1912.[[S. 4151](/us/bill/62/s/4151).][[Public, No. 103](/us/pl/62/103).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mississippi River.Minnesota and International Railway Company may bridge. Bemidji, Minn. That the Minnesota and International Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in the northwest quarter of section sixteen, township one hundred and forty-six, range thirty-three west, at or near Bemidji, in Beltrami County, State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions Vol. 34, p. 84.of the Act entitled “ An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment.That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 12, 1912.
