CHAP. 57.— An Act For the relief of Simon Nager.February 14, 1913.[[H. R. 18425](/us/bill/62/hr/18425).][[Private, No. 133](/us/pvtl/62/133).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in Congress assembled*,Simon Nager.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Simon Nager, who was a member of Company A, First Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as of said organization on the first day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Proviso*.No prior pension.*Provided*, That no pension or other emolument shall accrue or become payable prior to the passage of this Act.
