CHAP. 56.— An Act For the relief of Harry S. Wade.February 14, 1913.[[H. R. 15181](/us/bill/62/hr/15181).][[Private, No. 132](/us/pvtl/62/132).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harry S. Wade.Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Harry S. Wade the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars, in full compensation for injuries received by him on May sixteenth, nineteen Hundred and eleven, while in the performance of his duties as an employee of the United States Government, being a machine driller engaged in drilling holes for blasting in connection with the construction of the Celilo Canal, Columbia River improvement, at Big Eddy, Wasco County, Oregon.
