CHAP. 54.— An Act For the relief of Benjamin F. Marts.Reclamation homestead entry validated. That the homestead entry of Benjamin F. Martz on farm unit “N,” Huntley reclamation project, Montana, under the Act of June seventeenth, nineteen hundred and two, on sections seventeen and twenty, township two north, range twenty-eight east, Montana meridian, is hereby validated, subject to future compliance with the law.
Sec. 2. That the homestead entry of Gjerluf Hanson on farm unitGjerluf Hanson.Reclamation homestead entry validated. “A,” on the Bellefourche reclamation project, South Dakota, under the Act of June seventeenth, nineteen hundred and two, for the south-east quarter of the northeast quarter and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section twenty-one, township eight north, range six east, Black Hills meridian, is hereby validated, subject to future compliance with the law.
