CHAP. 53.— An Act To amend section ninety-six, chapter five, of the Act of Congress of March third, nineteen hundred and eleven, entitled “The Judicial Code.”February 14, 1913.[[H. R. 28094](/us/bill/62/hr/28094).][[Public, No. 379](/us/pl/62/379).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States courts.*Ante*, p. 265, amended.Vol. 36, p. 1119. That section ninety-six, chapter five, of the Act of Congress approved March third, nineteen hundred and eleven, and therein designated “The Judicial Code,” be amended so that the same shall read as follows: 675 " “Sec. 96.
The State of New Jersey shall constitute one judicialNew Jersey judicial district.Terms of court at Newark and Trenton. district, to be known as the district of New Jersey. Terms of the district court shall be held at Newark on the first Tuesday in April and the first Tuesday in November, and at Trenton on the third Tuesday in January and the second Tuesday in September of each year. The clerk of the court for the district of New Jersey shall maintain an office, in charge of himself or a deputy, at Newark and at Trenton, each of which offices shall be kept open at all times for the transaction of the business of the court; and the marshal shall also maintain an office, in charge of himself or a deputy, at Newark and at Trenton, each of which offices shall be kept open at all times for the transaction of the business of the court.
