CHAP. 52.— An Act For the relief of Frederick H. Ferris.February 13, 1913.[[H. R. 21524](/us/bill/62/hr/21524).][[Private, No. 131](/us/pvtl/62/131).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch thereof, Frederick H. Ferris 1372 shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a second lieutenant of the Seventy-fourth Regiment United States Colored Infantry on the thirtieth day of December, eighteen hundred and *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.sixty-four: *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
