CHAP. 46.— An Act To extend the time for constructing a bridge across the Mississippi River at Minneapolis, Minnesota.February 13, 1913.[[H. R. 27944](/us/bill/62/hr/27944).][[Public, No. 373](/us/pl/62/373).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mississippi River.Time extended for bridging, Third Avenue to First Avenue, Minneapolis, Minn.Vol. 36, p. 187, amended.*Ante*, p. 58. That the time for commencing and completing the bridge authorized by the Act of Congress approved January twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and ten, as amended by the Act approved January twenty-seventh, nineteen hundred and twelve, to be built across the Mississippi River from Third Avenue south to First Avenue southeast, in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is hereby extended to one year and three years, respectively, from date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1913.
