CHAP. 45.— An Act Providing authority for the Northern Pacific Railway Company to construct a bridge across the Missouri River in section thirty-six, township one hundred and thirty-four north, range seventy-nine west, in the State of North Dakota.February 13, 1913.[[H. R. 27879](/us/bill/62/hr/27879).][[Public, No. 372](/us/pl/62/372).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Missouri River.Northern Pacific Railway Company may bridge, in North Dakota.
That the Northern Pacific Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Wisconsin, its successors and assigns, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, arid operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in Location.section thirty-six, township one hundred and thirty-four north, range seventy-nine west, in the State of North Dakota, in accordance with669 the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionVol. 34, p. 94. of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 13, 1913.
