CHAP. 43.— An Act To authorize Butler and Stoddard Counties of Missouri to construct a bridge across the Saint Francis River at Hodges Ferry, Missouri.February 17, 1912.[[H. R. 16677](/us/bill/62/hr/16677).][[Public, No. 88](/us/pl/62/88).] *Be it enacted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Saint Francis River.Butler and Stoddard counties may bridge at Hodges Ferry, Mo. That the counties of Butler and Stoddard, in the State of Missouri, corporations organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Francis River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Hodges Ferry, Missouri, in the county of Stoddard, in the State of Missouri, in accordance with the provisions of the ActVol. 34, p. 84. entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 17, 1912.
